During this day you could climb up the "Dune du Pyla" (117m high) the highest sand dune of Europe, visit the Arcachon bay by boat, discover the "birds island" and its huts on stilts, or have a 4 miles walk in a wonderful natural birds reserve with more than 260 different species. Arcachon is also famous for its oysters and sea foods .
